Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with other disciplines to ensure a smooth transition.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
- 5 years of Emergency Department experience.
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
