About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team at Franciscan Physician Network Crown Point Health Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional clinical care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes type I & II, osteoporosis, gestational diabetes, hypothyroidism, and Cushing's Syndrome.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders to promote health education and disease prevention.

What We Offer:
