**Job Summary**
Navarro Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst I to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to ensure the hospital's financial goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Prepare routine and ad-hoc financial analysis, including analysis of costs, volume, or other key indicators.
- Project Management: Manage assigned projects and maintain a high level of performance analysis, from data gathering to presenting to management.
- Financial Reporting: Interface with leadership regarding financial reporting and data needs and issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining, capturing, and automating data gathering and reporting processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Work with the leadership team to perform ongoing reviews to ensure achievement of key performance measures.
- Reporting and Trend Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and monitor trends for managerial accounting and decision support projects.
- Financial Expertise: Have a detailed knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and systems, corporate policies and procedures, controls, and other finance program activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring the hospital meets all necessary regulatory and compliance requirements, and possible rotations through the business office.
- Business Development: Contribute financial expertise in the planning of new services that generate additional sources of profitable revenue.
- Collaboration: Participate in the hospital's monthly operation reviews and corporate office meetings as deemed necessary.
- Professional Development: Perform other related job duties as required, and practice and adhere to the facility's code of conduct, standards of behaviors, and mission and values.
