Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

As a Retail Merchandiser with the Acosta Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability.

Your primary responsibility will be to execute retail merchandising activities that connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom and on store shelves.
  • Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
  • Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work and navigate multiple applications.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
  • Represent Acosta and our clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
  • Partner with Walmart store management and associates to achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete work within provided timeframes.
