We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Bellevue WA. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on providing high-quality long-term and short-term patient care. You will be responsible for administering medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope. You will also assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient's care plan. Additionally, you will document assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in SNF or long-term care and possess a current unrestricted LPN license in WA state. A BLS certification and two positive work references are also required. Responsibilities
