Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient's care plan
- Document assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required
- Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state required
- BLS certification required
- SNF or long-term care experience preferred
- Two positive work references required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
