Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at LEARN Behavioral. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-help skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy.
Responsibilities- Work with children aged 18 months to 6 years with autism in their homes or in one of our centers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families
- Provide training and support to families on ABA techniques and strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Daily access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency (a plus)
- Experience working with children, either as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or some other form of childcare (a plus)
- Competitive hourly rate: $16/hour and up based on ABA experience/training
