Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Rehabilitation

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Macomb, Illinois.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in the specialty area of Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in Rehabilitation.
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.
