Position Overview:

The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents, adhering to all relevant regulations and the standards set by Century Park. This role reports directly to the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly cleans designated areas within the allotted time using appropriate cleaning supplies, including occupied and vacant units, patios, common areas, and restrooms.
• Performs various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintains cleaning carts with adequate supplies and informs the supervisor of any shortages.
• Ensures proper storage of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Communicates any maintenance needs or resident concerns to the supervisor.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when necessary.
• Maintains professional relationships with colleagues and vendors.
