Medical Director Wanted in Arizona

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at a permanent position in Chandler, Arizona.
About Our PracticeOur practice has been serving the East Valley of Arizona since 1983, providing quality care to our patients with a commitment to excellence and compassion. As a Family Practice Physician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced medical team to deliver top-notch patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Compensation PackageThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $250,000-$300,000 per year, based on experience, which is above the average national salary for Family Medicine Physicians. In addition to an attractive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: We cover 100% of employee premiums, ensuring you have access to high-quality medical care and coverage for yourself and your family.
- Paid Time Off: You will receive 3 weeks of paid vacation, allowing you to recharge and enjoy time off when needed.
- Sick Pay: Receive 1 week of paid sick leave to ensure you can take care of yourself and your loved ones without financial burden.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be Board Certified and possess strong computer proficiency, as we utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Experience with EMR systems is highly valued, and you should be comfortable using technology to manage patient care and data.
Work EnvironmentYou will work directly with a team of professionals, including a Medical Assistant, in a designated work area with assigned exam rooms. The work environment is collaborative, with regular team meetings and opportunities for professional growth and development.
