Staff Pharmacist

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading our pharmacy team to achieve outstanding results.

• Lead and direct pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Manage inventory, finances, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices, laws, and regulations to maintain expertise and provide guidance to team members.

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
