We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at T. Madden & Associates, P.C. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and overseeing the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies;
  • Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal services;
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless case transitions;
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, new clients, and referral sources;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred;
  • Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process surrounding it (e.g., auto accidents, slip and falls medical malpractice) is highly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000, with earning potential up to $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include bonus opportunities, paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance coverage, and the option to participate in our retirement savings plan with employer match.
