Job Summary

**Job Title:** RN Cath Lab Full Time Days

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team at Saint Francis Hospital - Memphis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care and supervision of staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and provided.
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practices and new procedures.

Requirements:

  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree).
  • Certification: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR certification.
