About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination of care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide primary coordination of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating patient condition as necessary.
Requirements
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required; Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
