Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver nursing care in line with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform health evaluations and monitor both the physical and mental health of clients.
  • Administer prescribed medications and assess their effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to create and execute personalized care plans.
  • Educate clients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and available treatment options.
  • Maintain precise and current medical documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications:
  • Valid LPN license from the state.
  • Experience in a substance abuse treatment setting is preferred.
  • Understanding of addiction medicine and treatment methodologies.
  • Strong clinical and assessment capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary: $33-$38 hourly
