Material Handler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Weiman Products LLC. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by accurately and efficiently managing the movement of raw materials and finished goods.

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Move materials to and from stock to manufacturing lines using a pick ticket, ensuring accurate and timely transactions into our ERP system.
• Perform continuous replenishment of raw materials to manufacturing lines to prevent stoppages.
• Remove finished goods pallets from manufacturing lines, shrink wrap, and stage in the appropriate area.
• Clear manufacturing lines of all raw materials at the completion of production runs.
• Accurately count and record material returns to stock, attaching a COUNTED sticker with updated quantity, initial, and date.
• Maintain open communication with manufacturing line operators to understand their needs and status of current and future jobs.
• Perform accurate cycle counts and any requested counts.

• Proficient with data entry into an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel).
• Ability to work as a team and independently, with good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform tasks while continuously standing and working quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
