Community Caretaker

**Job Summary:** As a Maintenance Technician at Asset Living, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. This includes assisting in carrying out maintenance processes, performing swimming pool maintenance, inspecting grounds and buildings, and maintaining accurate records.

**Primary Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units are completed in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.

**Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and a valid driver's license due to the emergency on-call requirement.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
