Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain security and safety.
  • Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a organized and efficient workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
