Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Checkout Experience: Ensure a fast and efficient checkout process, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Recovery: Maintain a well-organized store environment, including merchandise recovery and maintenance, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Omni Channel Processes: Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes, ensuring seamless integration between online and in-store experiences.
  • Merchandise Duties: Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient merchandise placement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer interactions, and physical demands.
