Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience as a legal assistant or paralegal within a real estate law firm or a significant real estate organization. This full-time, on-site role is integral to our legal operations, supporting a prestigious real estate development company known for its exceptional portfolio of luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in real estate transactions, including the preparation and examination of legal documents, conducting title investigations, and facilitating closings.
  • Support corporate legal activities, such as drafting agreements and leases, managing corporate documentation, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and records, ensuring precision and easy access.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external parties, including clients, legal professionals, and regulatory agencies.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing communications, and preparing documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Thorough understanding of Florida real estate laws and transactions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
