Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop control systems in accordance with machine specifications and project requirements.
  • Design safe and efficient industrial control systems through comprehensive requirement analysis, including electrical and pneumatic schematics, bill of materials, and PLC & HMI configurations.
  • Implement systematic procedures to verify that control systems function as intended.
  • Provide guidance to facilitate smooth debugging and testing phases of projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced control vendors, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Assist in preparing project quotations related to control functionalities and necessary resources.
  • Maintain professionalism during customer site visits for installations and startups.
  • Follow all safety, production, and quality protocols during project implementation at client locations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • 2-10 years of experience in industrial automation, electromechanical systems, and controls.
  • Ability to organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with mechanical engineers in developing automated systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in PLC programming is essential.
  • Familiarity with motion control systems, including servo programming, is advantageous.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and testing electromechanical systems and controls.
  • Skilled in configuring HMIs for discrete manufacturing applications.
