Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students with varying levels of need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student independence and participation in daily activities
Requirements
  • Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Maryland state OT licensure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
