Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to students with varying levels of need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student independence and participation in daily activities
- Masters degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Maryland state OT licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
