About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Manager of Operations to join our team at Clairmont Cosmetic & Family Dentistry.

As a Practice Manager of Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the business needs of our dental office and fostering a strong team culture.

You will work closely with our doctors to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prioritize annual business goals and personal development objectives
  • Ensure alignment with doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations-focused philosophy through synergy meetings, team meetings, and morning huddles
  • Support the doctor in prioritizing, planning, and blocking schedule for continuing education through doctor education and leadership programs
  • Identify and support future team growth by selecting candidates that match the position and practice requirements
  • Partner with doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and select team members within the practice
  • Successfully onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office
  • Support team members in prioritizing and planning their training through Core Essentials and beyond for growth in their roles

About Clairmont Cosmetic & Family Dentistry

Clairmont Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is a unique dental practice that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community. We are looking for a hardworking and compassionate team member to join our team.

Our office is located near the Walgreens and Piggly Wiggly across from the Ascension Hospital in Birmingham.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, or similar field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics
  • 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting
  • 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable
  • Dentrix or other dental software experience
