Advanced Aesthetician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Aesthetician to join our team at Aspire Total Body Sculpt. As an Advanced Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional body sculpting treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their aesthetic goals and medical history.
• Recommend and perform non-surgical body sculpting treatments, such as CoolSculpting, radio-frequency, ultrasound, and other advanced techniques.
• Customize treatment plans based on individual client needs, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in the latest trends, techniques, and technologies related to body sculpting and aesthetics.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and answer any questions they may have.
• Keep accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive and holistic client care.
• Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines during treatments.

Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as an Advanced Aesthetician.
• Proven experience in performing advanced body sculpting treatments, including CoolSculpting, radiofrequency, ultrasound, or similar techniques.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, skin physiology, and medical terminology related to aesthetics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent record-keeping abilities.
• Up-to-date with the latest developments in aesthetics and body sculpting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean treatment environment.
