Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery - CyHawk Hospitality Inc. as a Restaurant Host/Cashier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service
    • Ensure that every guest feels welcome and comfortable throughout their dining experience.
    • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Manage the Dining Room
    • Control the flow of business in the dining room to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
    • Open and close the door for guests, and ensure that the lobby area and entryway are clean and well-maintained.
  • Process Transactions
    • Take orders and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist servers with pre-bussing procedures and ensure that guests have all the items they need.
    • Help to maintain a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping the floor and restocking cleaning supplies.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Communicate with guests, servers, and other staff members to ensure that everyone is aware of their needs and expectations.
    • Report any issues or concerns to the Manager on Duty.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Basic Math Skills and Accuracy with Handling Cash and Credit Card Transactions
  • Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds and Stand for Long Periods of Time
