Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of ER procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest ER procedures and best practices.
- 2 years of experience in an ER setting in an acute care hospital.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and ESI certifications.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and situations.
