Position Overview
As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our guest accommodations. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout daily tasks.
- Adhere to all safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms based on priority categories, following hotel and franchise standards.
- Restock and return cleaning carts at the end of each shift.
- Perform additional deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as required.
- Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- At least one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling procedures.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
- Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
