Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
