We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team as a Chanel Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting the Chanel brand within our Ulta Beauty stores.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets for the Chanel brand, while providing exceptional customer service to guests, including personalized consultations, product recommendations, and demonstrations.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Chanel brand, its products, and services, including skincare, color cosmetics, and fragrance.
- Store Operations: Maintain a high level of store standards, including cleanliness, replenishment, and visual merchandising, to ensure a positive shopping experience for guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience Manager and other sales team members to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and services, and to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Beauty Expert.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role, is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues. Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
