Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Geisinger Medical Center. This role is essential for providing high-quality respiratory care in various clinical settings.

Certification Requirements
  • BLS/BCLS Certification is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
  • Immediate start for RRTs with RRT-NPS certification or those possessing extensive experience in both general and critical care.
  • Work schedule includes nights and every other weekend, providing care primarily to adult patients, with a mix of PICU/NICU cases.
  • Position is part-time at 0.9 FTE, requiring availability for every other weekend and holiday shifts.
Qualifications
  • Must hold RRT-NPS certification or equivalent experience in critical care settings.
Schedule Details
  • Shifts will be scheduled for nights and every other weekend.
  • Position requires a commitment to 0.9 FTE, including holiday coverage.
Additional Information
  • All requested time off (RTO) must be communicated at the time of application.
  • Requests for time off made after acceptance will not be accommodated.
