Position: Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations

Role Description:

We are seeking a committed Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee staff, cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage departmental functions. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in driving the growth and success of the business through strategies that enhance productivity and help achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee various operational elements, including distribution, customer service, human resources, and recruitment.
  • Ensure we consistently meet and exceed merchant expectations.
  • Manage performance metrics, identify key indicators, and plan ongoing improvement initiatives for your facility.
  • Utilize data-driven reports and analyses to uncover opportunities for continuous enhancement and propose solutions to challenges.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire team members; you will set team objectives and manage their progress.
  • Establish, adhere to, and enforce safety standards and procedures to maintain a healthy work environment and comply with legal requirements.
  • Share insights with other locations and headquarters regarding effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Classification: Salaried/Exempt

Reports to: General Manager, Fulfillment Operations
