About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Regional Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina.
- Current BLS certification or obtained within three months of employment.
- Current ACLS or within twelve months of requirement notification/hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN degree.
- Certification in area of specialty.
