About the Role

Bridging Independent Living Together Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral support services to individuals with disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Behavioral Support Services: Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training to individuals with disabilities, including behavioral supports, proactive strategies, triggers, staff interventions, replacement behaviors, and more.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Maintain a system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served, as well as program-specific information and key data points.
  • Functional Assessment and BSP Development: Conduct functional assessments and develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties, including clients, families, and staff, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that quality outcomes are consistently met.
Position Details

This is a part-time position, with 10-40 hours per week available. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
