Tarantino Properties is a full-service real estate company seeking a Lead Server to provide exceptional service to residents and guests in our dining experience. This role reports to the Director of Dining Services and may involve supervising other staff positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with training and development of other employees.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of beverages and meals to residents and guests.
• Take food orders, present to kitchen staff, and deliver meals in a proper and timely manner.
• Ensure resident and guest satisfaction through prompt response to requests and concerns.
• Complete all side work as assigned and assist with bussing and resetting tables.
• Assist with room services as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Obtain/hold any local, state, and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
