Nurse Practitioner

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. As an Acute Dialysis Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to provide lifesaving care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dialysis to patients at a contracted healthcare system
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Dialysis experience is required
