We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the operations at our Middleton location in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance tasks and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on projects to drive business growth and improvement
  • Identify and address issues related to building performance and tenant services, implementing solutions to resolve problems
  • Ensure all work is completed in a professional and timely manner, meeting or exceeding company standards
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for property maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Communicate effectively with team members, tenants, and owners, providing clear and concise updates on operations and maintenance

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma with technical skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.
  • Minimum of five years experience in facility management and operations, preferably in a commercial real estate setting
  • Proficiency in PC literacy and property management systems, with ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time-management and organizational skills
