Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Rutland Regional Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a positive impact on their health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
  • Prior related nursing experience preferred
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association
  • Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per specific department operational framework
