Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Helicopter Pilot to join our team in providing medical air transportation services. As a Helicopter Pilot, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from locations and facilities, ensuring aircraft readiness, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and partners.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with a team of medical experts to provide safe and efficient patient transport
- Maintain aircraft readiness and cleanliness, adhering to FAR and Med-Trans requirements
- Accurately maintain MTC and regulatory documentation, including record keeping
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
- Provide shift change information to successive pilots and teams, following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
- Maintain required certifications and ongoing training
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
- 200 Helicopter Instrument Hours (Actual/Hood/SIM)
EC135 experience is highly preferred.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $85,312 - $93,844 per year
- $5,000 IFR stipend
- 15K sign-on bonus
- 40K retention bonus after 3 years
