The Clinical Support Associate is a vital role that involves documenting clinical information in the electronic medical record, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting clinical information from current or historical records under the direction of a provider, as well as performing other duties that improve the efficiency of the provider.
Must complete annual HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and scribe training requirements and sign a confidentiality agreement.
Medical terminology education, CNA, CMA, or other medical experience is preferred.
