At C4 Technical Services, we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic DevOps team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, performing peer reviews, and driving important design decisions with Architects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop ServiceNow enhancements and modifications to existing applications
Create and modify business rules, script includes, UI Actions, widgets, and other advanced development functions
Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services
Troubleshoot complex issues and work independently to resolve them
Triage and support issues from users on the ServiceNow platform and related applications and modules

Requirements
5-8 years of experience in a system engineering role
3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and implementation
ServiceNow Certified System Administration Certification required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer required
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
Desire to learn and apply new technologies
Proficient in Agile development methodologies
