We will provide comprehensive training in our Window Genie Way, covering essential skills in window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting. Not only do we cover all training expenses, but upon completion, you can earn between $17 to $25 or more per hour. Your Responsibilities as a Window Genie Technician:

  • Provide a Range of Services - Whether it’s window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter maintenance, or window tinting, you will deliver direct assistance to our clients.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Satisfaction - Beyond completing tasks, you will manage payments, conduct walkthroughs, gather feedback, and recommend additional services.
  • Maintain Equipment - You will be responsible for keeping all tools and machinery clean and in good working order.
  • Follow the Window Genie Protocol - We have established procedures for delivering services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
