Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the critical care and trauma settings, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients and document findings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
  • Experience working in critical care and trauma settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
