About the Position

  • We are seeking a licensed professional with expertise in CBT, PMT, and other evidence-based interventions for youth.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience practicing independently and providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting.
  • This is a remote position requiring flexibility to work within Brightline's peak hours (2pm-8pm) for a minimum of 6 hours/week.

Responsibilities

">
  1. Support children and teens ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers using evidence-based approaches.
  2. Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care.
  3. Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline's standard of ethical care.
  4. Stay up-to-date with Brightline's standards of care, tools, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

">
  • Licensed LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
  • Unrestricted licensure(s).
  • Availability to work within Brightline's peak hours for a minimum of 6 hours/week.
  • At least 3 years of experience practicing independently without supervision.
  • Expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families.
  • Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting.

Compensation

  • This hourly payment structure ensures compensation for essential administrative tasks such as documentation, care coordination, and other responsibilities that support quality care.
  • The estimated salary for this role is $61.50 per hour, calculated based on the target range of $51-$71/hour.
