Job Title: Behavior Analyst - K-8

Classical Charter Schools of America is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our students and staff.

Job Summary:

The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating systematic instructional and environmental modifications to produce significant personal or interpersonal improvements in behavior of individual students throughout the K-8 grade range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to address challenging behaviors in students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement strategies to support student behavior.
  • Conduct functional assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement positive behavioral supports to promote positive behaviors in students.
  • Provide coaching and training to teachers and other staff members on behavior management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
