Perioperative Services at Rutland Regional Medical Center
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Perioperative Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare and provide sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment for operative procedures
* Maintain a sterile field and anticipate the needs of the surgical team
* Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
**Requirements**
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
* 1 year of experience in the Operating Room, including both circulator and scrub roles
* Licensed in the State of Vermont
* BLS Certification through American Heart Association
* ACLS Certification required within 2 years of hire
* CNOR Certification required within 3 years of hire
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills
* Moderate knowledge of basic computer skills
**Compensation**
* Competitive differentials: $, $, $4.75 - Weekend
* Pay range: $55.09
