Job Summary: We are seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our established and stable Behavioral Health Department at Physician Empire.
About the Role: As a Psychiatrist with Physician Empire, you will have the opportunity to provide vision and leadership in our multi-specialty group practice. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychotherapists, and contributing to the growth and development of our Behavioral Health Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in medical directorship and leadership opportunities
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Behavioral Health Department
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Psychiatry
- Current medical licensure in Pennsylvania
- Experience in family medicine residency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
