Psychiatrist Opportunity in Upper Valley Outpatient

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our team at Upper Valley Outpatient. The ideal candidate will practice 100% outpatient, with the option to practice 100% adult or 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient. Our practice supports both child and adult populations, with 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient call.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice 100% outpatient, with the option to practice 100% adult or 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient
  • Support both child and adult populations, with 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient call
  • Attend a Treatment team meeting twice a week on the day of your choosing
  • Participate in call every third weekend and 1-night call per week (52 yearly)

About the Opportunity:

Our practice is located in a separate building on campus, with 22 inpatient beds for adults. The length of stay is typically 3-5 days. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Current licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
