About the RoleWe are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to patients
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)
- Experience in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s)
- Flexible work schedules
- Hybrid model - Telemedicine and in-person flexibility
- Top compensation can exceed $126,000 - $144,000/year, no cap
