Cardiac Rhythm Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Rhythm Specialist to join our team at McLaren Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms and interpreting results to ensure timely and effective care.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor cardiac rhythms and review memory alarms to identify potential issues.
- Perform arrhythmia analysis and communicate changes in patient telemetry status to healthcare providers.
- Apply and remove telemetry equipment from patients using proper technique and universal precautions.
- Troubleshoot monitoring equipment and paging systems as needed.
- Maintain monitoring supplies at designated par levels and perform routine equipment checks.
- Communicate effectively with nursing and medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a course in arrhythmia detection is preferred.
- Three months of job-related experience is preferred, but not required.
