Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Role

As a full-time salary role in the Maintenance Department team, you will report to the Maintenance Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to lead maintenance activities and ensure equipment is maintained and repaired to support production jobs.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide performance feedback and leadership to direct reports, including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Develop departmental strategic goals and identify key measurable indicators to support those goals.
  • Lead and manage maintenance department safety, quality, production, and delivery objectives.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of equivalent experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years as a maintenance supervisor preferred, with one (1) year of management experience.
