Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining credit profiles and transaction records to support sales initiatives while effectively managing credit risk.
  • Utilize credit reporting tools and references to assess credit availability.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
  • Encourage timely payments from customers.
  • Apply cash receipts accurately to customer accounts.
  • Collect outstanding balances as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Credit, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.
  • Strong data entry, analytical, reconciliation, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and comfortable using Windows-based systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
